How To Stand Out And Win In This Blogging World

Visitors are like God for any blogger just like any customer is like God for the shopkeeper.

But what will happen if your visitors visits and leave your blog immediately?

The answer is simple, you are not going to generate any revenue.

Do you think that this is the reason for your blog to not generate the revenue?

If yes then just spend your next 5-6 minutes with me and just follow what I am going to show you.

Note: All the points I am writing below is what I have learned so far in my blogging career.

1. Write Creative Contents

You might have heard many times that "Content is the King".

In fact, this is True. The visitors are coming to your blog just for contents not for seeing lots of widgets in your sidebar or ads between your posts.

But there is one more truth that "Content is Present Everywhere".

So what is the reason that somebody will visit your blog and read your complete article?

The reason is simple "Your Creativity in your Writing".

Let me make it more clear to you by giving you a real world example.

When was in class 10th I joined coaching classes. My subjects for coaching were Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry,Biology and Computer Applications.

There were different teachers for each subject as usually happens in nearly all coaching institutes.

During the classes of Mathematics and Biology, I used to check time each minute and it was like oh shit it's still X minutes left.

But during my Physics and Chemistry, I used to learn but not impressed that much so that I can refer any of my friends to those teachers.

Now here comes the subject Computer Application in which I had to learn the popular programming language Java. The class in which I used to wonder how 3 hours passed, the class has just started.

You probably have guessed the reason for this, right?

If you are thinking that it is because it was my favourite subject then my friend you are wrong.

It was because of the teaching style of  my teacher, in fact, he became my favourite teacher.

His creativity and the way of explaining made every student his fans. Let me give you one of his examples of teaching.

In Java, there was a term called as Data Type and the definition any book was like -

Variables are nothing but reserved memory locations to store values. This means that when you create a variable you reserve some space in the memory.
Based on the data type of a variable, the operating system allocates memory and decides what can be stored in the reserved memory. Therefore, by assigning different data types to variables, you can store integers, decimals, or characters in these variables.

Definition source : Tutorials point.

For any newbie like me, it was very hard to understand this definition and much harder to use it in programming.

But how my teacher made it clear to me?

He gave me this example -

Suppose you are going to market to buy some eggs and milk.

Now think which type of container you will use to keep these things?

Confused?

I give you two options (a) basket (b)bottle.

The choice was so simple basket for eggs and bottle for milk.

So it is same in Data type as well we assign integer for positive and negative numbers, long for long numbers, char for characters, boolean for true and false.

This way he cleared all the terms and it was enjoyable too.

And you know what after few months, I also started studying Mathematics from him too.

So basically what I mean to say is make the learning fun.

This rule is also applicable in this blogging industry or so-called blogosphere.

If you are here and reached this much far while reading and also going to read more then, this clearly means that you are enjoying this article, you are enjoying the way of my article writing.

2. Make Your Blog Visually Appealing

Suppose you have purchased an apartment to start your office for a consultancy firm.

But the apartment has no decoration it is just like an empty place where no one leaves or nobody comes. And since the apartment in new so this case is genuine. No new apartment comes fully furnished.

Now that you have purchased your office space what will be your next step?

Will you start your office right away by purchasing some furniture or you will hire an interior designer for your office?

Are you thinking that budget matters?

No, my dear friend, it's not the budget it is the decision that matters.

You can choose from any of the two options.

But think if you are visiting someone's office what is the thing you see first?

Of course its look, design, color scheme, the arrangement of furniture etc.

This is also same with the visitors who visits your blog.

The design of your blog is the first impression for any visitor and one thing you know very well that "First impression is the last impression".

3. Write Depth Posts With Lesser Words

We are in 21st century, an Era in which nobody has time. Everybody whether it is you or me we all want to get the information in as little time as possible. But it is also true that we want the complete information in this short duration.

This is also true in this case of Blogging World where users are that impatient that they want the complete information as quick as possible.

The long or lengthy posts distracts the readership of your blog unless you have a great and interesting content throughout the post.

So just focus on the topic and don't use any sentence that is meaningless and is just there in the post to increase the word count of your post.

4. Engage the Visitors on your Blog

This is true that An Interesting Content Engages the Visitor and improves the readership of your blog.

But you just can't engage your visitors on your blog by only one method. This is because there are many professional bloggers out there who are using many different ways to engage their visitors.
